Truthful Public Statements

Engineers shall be objective and truthful in professional reports, statements, and testimony. Do not falsify experience, omit known unfavorable data, take credit for others' work, or permit a misleading advertisement associated with your name. Expert opinions must be complete and honest, not merely what the hiring attorney prefers.
